📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on diagnostic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our customers, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Conduct equipment calibration and quality control tests, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our diagnostic systems.
• Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance, and training, for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with the local team and other departments to ensure seamless integration of new products and technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in diagnostic technology and apply this knowledge to improve service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering or a similar role, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostic industry.
• Certification in relevant diagnostic equipment, such as Roche's Cobas or other industry-standard systems.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of diagnostic equipment, including troubleshooting and repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
