📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily customs operations, including cargo clearance and documentation.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement security measures to prevent smuggling.
- Manage a team of 50+ customs officers, providing training and mentorship.
- Collaborate with government agencies and international partners to ensure compliance.
- Develop and enforce customs policies to align with national and international standards.
- Monitor and report on customs revenue and operational efficiency.
- Handle disputes and resolve issues between stakeholders.
- Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and industry trends.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Maritime Law, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in customs administration, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Certified Customs Officer (CCO) or equivalent certification.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and maritime laws.
- Proficient in using customs management software such as SAP Customs or similar.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
