📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.,Oversee and manage a team of sales representatives and marketing staff.,Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.,Conduct market research and analysis to support decision-making processes.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a managerial role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
