📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greeting and assisting guests upon arrival and departure
• Answering phone calls and directing inquiries
• Checking guests in and out, and verifying reservations
• Maintaining accurate records of guest information and check-in/check-out times
• Handling front desk transactions, including payments and refunds
• Assisting with housekeeping and room service requests
• Providing information about local attractions and services
• Ensuring the front desk area is clean and organized

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills, including email and reservation systems
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
