📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to speak and write English fluently.
