📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales performance tracking.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel and work in different store locations as needed.
