Star Local Mandiri is looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Operator to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. As an Assistant Store Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include assisting in inventory management, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including restocking and tracking stock levels.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and answering inquiries.,Maintain a clean and organized store, including cleaning and arranging merchandise.,Assist in cash handling and processing transactions accurately.,Support the Store Operator in implementing sales promotions and special offers.,Assist in preparing and organizing merchandise for display.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in training and mentoring new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and point of sale systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to lift and move products up to 20 pounds.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
