📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and oversee the construction of new coffee shop facilities,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget,Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Prepare and submit construction plans and reports to relevant authorities,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution,Maintain and manage the company's civil engineering assets,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in civil engineering

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the construction industry,Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards,Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other relevant design software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits,Fluency in English is a plus
