📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand job requirements and responsibilities.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment processes.,Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about the status of their application.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
