📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the distribution center, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of logistics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities with production, sales, and procurement processes.
• Utilize logistics software such as SAP and JDA to optimize route planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the distribution network, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices in industrial logistics.
• Represent Holcim at industry events and conferences, sharing insights and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial logistics, with a focus on distribution and warehouse management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale logistics operations and teams.
• Certifications in logistics management, such as CILT (Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport) or APICS (American Production and Inventory Control Society), are a plus.
• Strong understanding of logistics software and technologies, including SAP and JDA.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of the cement and concrete industry, including understanding of product specifications and market trends.
