📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and enforce safety protocols and regulations related to energy and mining operations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the mining and energy sector.
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including ISO 45001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment and management is a plus.
