📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate vehicle schedules, ensuring they are efficiently utilized and returned on time.,Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, working with mechanics and vendors as needed.,Monitor vehicle usage and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement.,Ensure all vehicles comply with safety regulations and company policies.,Provide support to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
