📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify training needs and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and deliver engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and coaching sessions.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support and guidance to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and managers to ensure that training programs are aligned with business needs and employee development goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their personal and professional growth.,Develop and maintain a training and development calendar to ensure that all training needs are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience with e-learning platforms and tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Moodle.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with coaching and mentoring is a plus.
