📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of service.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage inventory levels and orders.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the workplace.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
