Maintaining and troubleshooting computer hardware and software,Providing technical support to staff and patients,Managing and securing our IT network,Installing and configuring new software and hardware,Ensuring data backup and recovery procedures are in place,Monitoring and maintaining IT security,Assisting with IT projects and initiatives,Providing training and support to new IT staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of computer hardware and software,Experience with network administration,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Strong communication and problem-solving skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
