This role is crucial for maintaining the quality of our coffee and ensuring a seamless customer experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to customers.,Manage the cash register and handle all financial transactions accurately.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.,Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including opening and closing procedures.,Promote our products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barista or Cashier in a coffee shop or similar environment.,Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing methods.,Excellent customer service and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in using cash register and point-of-sale systems.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
