📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
  • Plan and prepare daily menus to meet the dietary needs and preferences of employees.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for food supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Handle any food-related complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with HR to organize and manage employee meals and catering events.
  • Participate in cost control measures to ensure the kitchen operates within budget.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • Valid food handler's certification is a plus.
