📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Handle and direct incoming calls, emails, and other communications.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception area to ensure a smooth flow of visitors.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Provide information and assistance to clients regarding company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Professional and courteous demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
