Crystal Mart Sejahtera is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Counter to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, managing daily operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet daily targets and objectives.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Promote the store and its products to attract new customers.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales and inventory management.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
