Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and maintain operational processes to meet company goals and objectives.,Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and maintain inventory levels to support operations.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation.,Assist in the planning and execution of operational projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
