📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement training programs that align with the company's goals and employee development needs.
• Conduct needs assessments and training evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers to identify training requirements and provide guidance on employee performance.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resource Information System) to manage training records and track employee development progress.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their skills and performance.
• Work with the HR team to ensure that training programs are integrated into the overall employee lifecycle.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in people development or training and development roles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS and related software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, ATD CP) is a plus.
