📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients according to prescriptions and hospital protocols.,Verify patient information and medication details to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.,Monitor medication inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Provide patient education and counseling on medication use, side effects, and proper storage.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure medication therapy management is optimized.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy workspace, following safety and hygiene protocols.,Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay updated on pharmaceutical practices and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug interactions, and medication administration.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, healthcare providers, and colleagues.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health records is a plus.,Valid pharmacy license or certification as required by local regulations.
