PT Cempaka Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, and providing excellent customer service. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and restocking.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial records.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with safety protocols.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.,Assist in organizing store events and promotions.,Generate and submit regular reports on store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.,English language skills are a plus.
