📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other outreach methods.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.,Provide excellent customer service and support to address client inquiries and concerns.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.,Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and other networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous roles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
