As a Senior HR Staff, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job advertising, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the construction or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.,Strong organizational and analytical skills.
