📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medications.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any changes or emergencies.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.,Assist in the supervision and training of junior nursing staff.,Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting.,Certification from a reputable nursing board (e.g., SNM, ANM).,Strong clinical skills and knowledge in patient assessment and treatment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team of nursing staff is a plus.
