📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including medical assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.,Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.,Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.,Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using English and Indonesian languages.,Experience in working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
