Macquarie Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our Equities team in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quantitative models to support investment decisions, risk management, and portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and a deep understanding of the Indonesian equities market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain quantitative models for investment decision-making and risk management,Analyze market data and trends to identify investment opportunities and risks,Provide insights and recommendations to support portfolio management and trading strategies,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of quantitative models,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance and financial markets,Conduct research and analysis to support investment strategies and performance,Monitor and report on portfolio performance and risk metrics,Participate in the development and implementation of new investment products and services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, financial modeling, or a related field,Strong knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts and techniques,Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB,Experience with financial data analysis and visualization tools,Familiarity with investment products and strategies, including equities, derivatives, and fixed income,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
