Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for our software and hardware products,Maintain and update client information in our CRM system,Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement,Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement system enhancements,Train and mentor new support staff as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service roles,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools,Proficient in English, both written and spoken,Ability to work independently and as part of a team
