📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the SOC team, ensuring the effective operation of the Security Operations Center.,Monitor and respond to security incidents, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and protect our digital assets.,Develop and maintain security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular security audits and assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the overall security of our organization.,Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and threats, applying this knowledge to enhance our security posture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as a SOC Team Lead or similar role, with a strong track record of success.,In-depth knowledge of security operations, including incident response, threat intelligence, and security monitoring.,Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are a plus.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and EDR solutions.
