📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely ordering of supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply transactions and inventory levels using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Conduct regular audits of supply inventory to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce supply costs and improve efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior staff on supply chain management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supplies management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of medical supply regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with procurement and inventory management software such as JDA or Infor.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
