📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications and preparing prescriptions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medication records using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Prepare and dispense medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with pharmacy regulations.
• Educate patients on the proper use of medications, dosage schedules, and potential side effects.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure medication therapy management (MTM) is optimized for each patient.
• Monitor medication inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance pharmaceutical care processes.
• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, including those set by the Indonesian National Agency for Drug and Food Control (BPOM).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or similar role in a healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as EPIC or Cerner.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in medication therapy management (MTM) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
