Daily, you'll engage with customers, demonstrate products, and provide personalized beauty advice. You'll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, ensuring that our customers have a pleasant and memorable shopping experience.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Demonstrate and sell a wide range of beauty products from various brands.
- Assist customers in achieving their beauty goals through personalized beauty solutions.
- Maintain a clean and inviting store environment, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
- Stock and organize beauty products, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and attractive.
- Promote special offers, new product launches, and brand events to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a retail or advisory role.
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends, including international and local brands.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a passion for helping customers achieve their beauty goals.
- Valid beauty advisor certification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of products.
