📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Facilitate community meetings and workshops to engage residents in local development projects.
• Coordinate with local government and NGOs to ensure the successful implementation of community programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, residents, and stakeholders.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify community priorities and challenges.
• Create and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with government objectives and community needs.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Promote community participation in decision-making processes.
• Provide training and support to community members on various development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community engagement and development.
• Strong understanding of local governance and community dynamics in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community development and social inclusion.
