📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue high-value sales opportunities in the high-rise and repainting projects sector.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs.,Develop and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Track and manage sales performance and contribute to sales targets.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development in a related industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of the high-rise and repainting projects market.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
