R2 Group of Exclusive Brands is seeking a dynamic Head of Talent Acquisition to spearhead our nationwide recruitment initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive our talent acquisition strategy, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding and developing our team members. Based in Canggu, you will work closely with our regional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process across our locations in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

As Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with our business goals. You will leverage various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Glassdoor, to attract and engage top talent. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners will be crucial in this role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
• Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various roles across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and hiring partners.
• Leverage various recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Glassdoor, to attract and engage top talent.
• Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate and effective hiring.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.
• Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, JobStreet, and Glassdoor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in talent acquisition or a related field is a plus.
