📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of customs clearance, including documentation, filing, and compliance.
• Handle export-import documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of customs and export-import processes.
• Monitor and manage customs and export-import processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on customs and export-import related matters.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs and export-import regulations, and ensure that all processes are adjusted accordingly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all customs and export-import transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new customs and export-import procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in customs and export-import administration.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with customs and export-import software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs and export-import regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
