📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain ventilation systems that comply with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the daily operations of the ventilation system, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to prevent potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to protect personnel and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze ventilation performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and training to staff on ventilation systems and safety protocols.
• Ensure that all ventilation activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mine ventilation, with a proven track record in leading high-impact projects.
• Certification in Mine Ventilation from a recognized institution such as the International Mine Ventilation Council (IMVC).
• Strong knowledge of ventilation software and tools, including VentCAD, AutoCAD, and MineSight.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
